28 years in the Purchasing Field in both private industry and government with a C.P.M. designation as a Certified Purchasing Manager; excellent skills in negotiating transactions.  In depth training includes specialized real estate courses in Economics, Financing, and Legal Aspects. Central Pennsylvania resident for over 50 years.
